Information Architecture + content audit for aN AUSTRALIAN streaming platform

I won’t lie. I streamed a lot of epic shows all in the name of good research for this project. From SBS on demand, ABC iview, 7Plus, 10Play, 9Now, Netflix, Stan - no stone was left unturned. It was tough, really tough. My inner-introvert was loving it. My waistline was not.

website Copywriting for a critical incident response service

Interaction Design: Experience BLUEPRINt, PERSONA, video and other artefacts

Yes, a university assignment included in a professional portfolio. Believe me, I’m cringe-ing as well. For better or worse, I learnt a heck-of-a-lot about design principles, user research methodologies, usability heuristics and more.
